Havana Café is a little Cuban-themed hangout in Roppongi has one of the cheapest happy hours in the city. So if you’re preparing for a big night in the neighborhood, then look no further. This expats’ hot spot used to sell gin and tonics for 100 yen! These days, the place has undergone a bit of a facelift. With it, new happy hour menus, but that said, you can still get a lot for 500 yen during happy hour.

I visited this place with my latin friends. Not sure if the bar is legit since none of us are from cuba 😛 But I loved the cozy environment and food! Especially Fajitas are one of the most favourite cuisines in this bar. We are all satisfied with the environment!

This is a bar with a cozy Cuban environment. A good snack bar. And more variety of drink that I can remember. No tables only high back chairs.They have a basement for large parties. We found the food delicious and the prices of food and drinks were quite ok which is surprising for Roppongi area. They had TexMex, Fajitas, Burritos Beef Enchiladas, and Nacos. The staff who knows some English are generally polite except one who never smiled. All in all we went home satisfied.
