Hiiragiya was established in 1818. It has gained a reputation as one of the city’s best ryokans. In addition, the same family, for six generations, owned this. We stayed at this Ryokan which is a traditional Japanese house located in the heart of Kyoto. The room was luxurious with a bamboo flooring. Staff was very attentive. The food we had here was very well presented and had amazing taste. There is also an outdoor bath facility which is a mesmerizing experience. A heavenly experience in Kyoto!!
