Kagaya is run by a fun-loving joker whose antics have made the place famous. The limited tables ensure every customer gets a share of the attention, but it also means you’d better make reservations before heading over. Food is classic Japanese pub eats.

We went there in group of 5 and had a wonderful experience. Very funny and great host. You have to make your reservations in advance. You can get plenty of drinks and a delightful home style cooked food. It is located in a basement in Shimbashi. Hilarious environment but not recommended to bring children here as most of the jokes have adult content.
