Through time, the Nagasaki Lantern Festival has become part of Nagasaki’s yearly celebration. For endless events, the Chinese New Year at the end of January will bring various activities at night. Go to the streets for some night shopping or clubs for partying. Also, witness the lion dances, fireworks and endless parade at the Minato Park and Chuo Park. In conclusion, get entertained and enjoy the night away.

Many people suggested us to go to this festival so I decided to attend Nagasaki Lantern Festival in Chinatown with my friends. It is held every year to celebrate Chinese New Year. More than 15 thousand lanterns are displayed here. The festival also includes fireworks, Chinese acrobatics, Lion and dragon dance and many more performances. One can also enjoy the local food here. There are also shops from where you can buy souvenirs. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed a lot. Must visit for all!!!
